Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her college studies. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. She also won four fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to get her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and came home with 6th place, within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and seated rows. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. She does this by super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, and the other days heavy weight.
